"Where the ocean meets the desert..."
Full Body Clay Baths: A Luxurious Detox & Spa Experience

Finally! We're pleased to introduce our Inland Sea Therapeutic Mineral Clay Bath Experience, which we feel is the most important bath detox product ever created. Combining the most clean and potent ancient earths with the highest quality therapeutic sea ingredients, we've created a clay and earth bath experience to mirror the ancient inland sea volcanic clay and ash baths that likely existed millions of years ago, when inland seas met with great deserts amidst artesian hot springs which rose to the surface from deep within the earth.

While some companies sell a small amount of clay for a great deal of money, with directions to use a tiny amount per bath, our experience suggests differently ( and science supports our experience ). Therefore, we have chosen to sell a great deal of clay for a smaller amount of money, making it affordable for individuals to truly experience a therapeutic clay bath.

Current Blends ( 4/09 )

A masterful blend of the finest clays: Pristine desert calcium montmorillonite and the cleanest air-purified sodium bentonite. Unlike some bath clay products, we use only clays free from undesirable contaminants such as mercury and cadmium.

A masterful blend of the finest sea minerals : Dead Sea salts, Himalayan salts and food grade magnesium chloride. Our standard detox bath has as much natural magnesium chloride in one bath as some other companies sell for between $25-$40 per bottle.

No plant products, herbs, perfumes, fillers, or preservatives of any kind are added for the inland sea therapeutic clay bath experience (it is completely inorganic).

Directions for Using the Standard Bath Kit

It's very hard to do a clay bath the "wrong" way. Our usage instructions are only suggestions designed for an individual to get the most out of the detox experience. For more information about clay baths, visit: Eytons' Earth - Mastering Clay Baths.

Included in the Inland Sea Clay Bath Kit: One 3.5 gallon container of the sea blend, and two 3.5 gallon containers of the clay blend.

For general usage, please see the usage chart below.

For the Inland Sea Therapeutic Clay Bath Experience, follow these guidelines as suggestions ( one bath clay kit provides enough materials for two to four months of baths for beginners ):

Always remove all chemicals from the body before bathing. This includes hair conditioners, skin toners, makeup, deodorant, lotions, etc.

Do not allow clay to maintain prolonged contact with any metal.

Never allow any clay clumps to clog the drain or plumbing; the clay must be a completely aqueous colloid (clayish water).

To start, completely pre-hydrate one cup of clay in clean, hot water. Add the pre-hydrated clay to a bath. Add 1/2 cup of the sea blend directly to the bath. Each bath should ideally last between 20 and 30 minutes. If experiencing discomfort at any stage, discontinue the clay bath for one week or until any symptoms desist .

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, increase the amount of clay and sea blend: For the second bath, use 2 cups of the earth blend with 1 cup of inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 3 cups of the earth blend with 1 1/2 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 5 cups of the earth blend with 2 1/2 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 7 cups of the earth blend with 3 1/2 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 9 cups of the earth blend with 4 1/2 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 10 cups of the earth blend with 5 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 11 cups of the earth blend with 6 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 12 cups of the earth blend with 6 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

If the body well tolerates the previous clay bath, use 12 cups of the earth blend with 6 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend.

12 cups are most easily hydrated in a 5 gallon bucket, or in two 3 gallon buckets.

***At this point, 1/2 of the kit will have been used***

Most individuals should do two clay baths each week. Therefore, at this point, at least 5 weeks will have passed.

Some individuals (who are addressing very toxic states) may wish to stay at the maximum level of ingredients per bath, for up to four months. However, even most of these individuals should consider dropping down to one bath per week after this point. At one bath per week, the kit contains enough ingredients for an additional six weeks of baths (a total of 11 weeks of baths in a kit).

Everyone else (those who feel they only need a detox maintenance bath) should consider dropping down to six cups of the earth blend with 3 cups of the inorganic sea minerals blend. For a good suggested maintenance schedule, individuals should consider taking one ( or two ) baths weekly. For these individuals, the kit would contain enough ingredients for an additional 12 weeks of baths ( a total of at least 16 weeks of baths in a kit ).

Individuals can also consider doing the "city school" one cup of the earth blend to one cup of the inorganic sea minerals blend. The kit would then have enough clay left for 72 weeks of baths, at one bath per week (a total of 77 weeks of baths in the kit).

Always check with your health care professional to be certain baths are a right choice for you.

Clay baths are a completely natural luxury spa and cleansing experience, and are not intended to treat, cure or diagnose any medical condition. The sea bath salt blend may be used seperately for those who are using the product for magnesium and mineral supplementation.
